No names, no photos of faces, no school, no address. Stories use anonymised profiles only — age group, position, area of Manchester, referral source.
Private means-testing
Financial need is assessed privately by AR Elite Academy’s welfare lead on a free-school-meals basis. Families are dealt with discreetly and directly.
Sponsors see numbers, not people
Sponsors receive aggregated impact reporting — kit provided, sessions delivered, players funded. Never individual family details.
The academy owns the matching
Players are matched to sponsors internally by welfare and coaching staff. Sponsors never choose a player.
