Sponsorship Terms

These terms govern sponsorship pledges made to AR Elite Academy Ltd (Company Registration Number 14845362) through the Access to Football platform. Submitting a pledge means you accept these terms.

1. Community sponsorship, not a charitable donation

AR Elite Academy Ltd is a limited company, not a registered charity. All pledges are treated as community sponsorship and are invoiced accordingly. Gift Aid is not available and no charitable-donation receipt is issued. Businesses may treat qualifying sponsorship as an allowable marketing expense — please take your own tax advice.

2. Payment terms

• Invoice is issued within 2 working days of a confirmed pledge.
• Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date, by bank transfer.
• Monthly-tier pledges are billed monthly by standing order or Direct Debit.
• Sponsorship is confirmed and the badge issued once the first invoice is paid in cleared funds.

3. What you receive

The specific benefits are shown on the Sponsorship tiers page and include, depending on tier:

• Your Official Supporter (or Black Badge / Club Partner) badge for use during the badged season
• A listing on the public Supporters Register at accesstofootball.lovable.app/sponsors
• A digital certificate and welcome pack
• Aggregate ESG-style impact reporting

4. Badge licence

• The Access to Football and Official Supporter marks remain the property of AR Elite Academy Ltd at all times.
• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to display the badge for the badged season only.
• The badge must not be altered, recoloured, cropped or combined with other marks without our written consent.
• The licence ends automatically if the badge season expires, your pledge lapses, your register entry is removed, or you materially breach these terms.
• On termination you must stop using the badge within 30 days across all channels.

5. Supporters Register removal on lapse

Your register entry is published for the season your sponsorship covers. If your sponsorship is not renewed or the invoice is not paid within terms, we will remove the entry from the public register and revoke the badge licence.

6. No influence over player decisions

Sponsorship confers no influence whatsoever over player selection, squad decisions, coaching, fixtures or means-testing decisions. Funded places are awarded solely on the academy's technical and safeguarding criteria, and means-tested against family financial need. Any attempt to condition sponsorship on a specific player outcome will result in the pledge being refunded and the badge revoked.

7. Refunds and cancellation

Because pledged funds are typically committed to player costs within days of receipt, one-off pledges are non-refundable once invoiced and paid, except where required by law. Monthly pledges can be cancelled at any time and will stop at the end of the paid month.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded by English law. Subject to that, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to your sponsorship is limited to the amount paid under that sponsorship in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
